Nonmedical services

JOI at Home Senior Concierge provides nonmedical education, advocacy, lifestyle support, meaningful engagement, resource navigation, and concierge services. We do not provide medical care, nursing care, personal care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. We do not diagnose or treat Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, mental-health conditions, or any other medical condition.

Professional care

Our observations, consultations, and in-home visits are nonclinical and do not replace evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a physician or other appropriately licensed professional. Never delay, discontinue, or change professional care based solely on information provided by JOI at Home Senior Concierge.

Legal resources

Kanika Massey is an independent LegalShield associate, not an attorney. JOI at Home Senior Concierge and JOISecure do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Legal services are provided by participating LegalShield provider law firms. Plan benefits, limitations, exclusions, and availability vary; review the applicable plan details before enrollment.

Resources and referrals

Resources and referrals are offered for general informational purposes. Independent providers are responsible for their own qualifications, services, recommendations, availability, and fees. Families remain responsible for evaluating and selecting any provider or service.

Emergencies

JOI at Home Senior Concierge does not provide emergency or crisis services. Call 911 when someone is in immediate danger or requires urgent medical attention.
